We want to make sure that it is as easy as possible to buy from us online. Therefore we’ve put together some of the most common questions to try and help you when buying Paul Costelloe menswear.

  • Placing an Order

    • I can’t place my order, what should I do?

      If you are having trouble placing your order you should contact us on 0844 335 0328. It's likely we're already aware of the problem, but if not one of our team will be able to look at the problem or if necessary take your order over the phone.

    • Do I need to pay VAT?

      VAT is included in the price shown on the website. The amount paid will be shown on your order confirmation.

    • Do you accept Paypal?

      We do accept payment through Paypal. There will be a button at the checkout to allow you to sign into your Paypal account and pay securely.

  • Delivery

    • How long will it take to receive my items?

      All orders placed before 12noon will be despatched that day. Orders placed on a Bank Holiday or over the weekend will be despatched the following working day.

    • Do you deliver outside the UK?

      Yes. We can deliver anywhere in the world. European standard delivery for Ireland and mainland Europe can be selected as a delivery option at the checkout. Deliveries to all other parts of the world are possible but the price will depend upon the size and weight of the order as well as the destination.     • Who delivers items purchased from Paul Costelloe Man?

      Our standard UK deliveries are sent using Royal Mail 'Signed For' service. Next Day delivery is sent with DHL. On occasion we may send large orders using DHL, this will be reflected on your order confirmation. For more information on either of these services please see our Delivery & Returns Policy here.

    • Can I return an item?

      We offer free returns on all orders placed on the Paul Costelloe Man website. Simply attach the pre-paid returns label which will be included inside your package and return to the following address:

    • Can I return items purchased in a Paul Costelloe concession or store to the web store?

      Paul Costelloe Man items purchased in-store should be returned to the location in which they were purchased.

    • Can I return items purchased from your website to a Paul Costelloe concession or store?

      Afraid not. Our web team deal with all our web orders and therefore all returns should be sent to the following address:

    • How long have I got to return my item?

      You can return your item within 28 working days. This may be extended under some circumstances such as over the Christmas period. Please see our Delivery & Returns Policy.

  • Faulty Goods

    • What happens if my item is faulty?

      Any faulty goods purchased from a Paul Costelloe store or concession should be returned to the location in which it was purchased where a member of staff will be able to take appropriate action. Faulty goods received from the Paul Costelloe Man website should be returned within the 28 days specified in our Delivery & Returns Policy.     • Do you ship abroad?

      We do ship worldwide. For deliveries outside of Europe if you contact us on 0844 335 0328 we will be able to give you an accurate quote on delivery as it depends on the items being purchased and their final destination.

  • Payment

    • Do you accept Paypal?

      Yes. Once you get to our checkout page you'll have the option to pay by debit/credit card or through Paypal.

    • Do I need to pay VAT?

      VAT is already reflected in the price of the products as they are displayed on the website so nothing extra is added on once you get through to checkout.
