Delivery & Returns

Any orders received before 12noon will be dispatched the same working day. Orders received after 12noon will be dispatched the following working day. Orders placed after 12noon on a Friday will be dispatched the next working day.

We have the following delivery options available:

UK Standard Delivery - £3.95 (FREE on UK orders over £150)

Our standard delivery parcels are sent using Royal Mails ‘Signed For’ service. We aim to deliver all parcels within 3 working days of the item being dispatched from our warehouse.

UK Next Day Delivery - £6.95

Using InterLink as a courier, our Next Day service guarantees that your item will arrive the following working day between 8am-5pm. Orders must be placed before 12noon to guarantee Next Day delivery

Europe & Rest of the World Delivery - Subject To Location

This is sent using the Royal Mails ‘International Standard’ delivery service, DHL International service or InterLink international depending on the location and the size of the order. We aim for all European deliveries to arrive within 3-5 working days of the item being dispatched and all deliveries to the Rest of the World to arrive within 5-7 working days.

Shipping costs depend are subject to the location to which the items are being delivered. Some example delivery costs are included below:

USA - £20
Canada - £22
Australia - £25

Tracking your Delivery

All our delivery options offer a form of tracking your delivery. You can check the status of your delivery by looking in your Order History within your Paul Costelloe Account. Next to your order you should find a tracking number for that order and what service was used for delivery, with a link through to track your order. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We offer a FREE Returns policy to UK customers whereby you can return your items to us free of charge within 28 days of the order being placed should you need to for any reason. We do however only accept returns which are received in their original packaging and include proof of purchase from our website.

Items received outside the 28 day period will be returned to the customer. If for any reason you are unable to return the item within the specified period then you must contact us at info@paulcostelloeman.co.uk within 28 days of your order being placed.

Any order placed between 10th-25th December 2015 can be returned free of charge until 31st January 2016.

In your parcel, when it arrives, should be a Returns form. Simply fill this out and send the items back to us using the pre-paid label also included with your delivery. All returns should be sent to the following address:

Returns will be processed within 3 working days of receiving them.

If a replacement or alternative item is to be sent out this shall be done within those 3 days, if there should be a further delay for any reason we will contact you via the email address provided on the order.

If a refund has been requested you will be advised by email when the refund has been processed. It may take up to a further 72hrs for this to be reflected in your bank account.

We reserve the right to reject any items which are returned in what we deem to be an unacceptable condition and as such are not suitable for resale.

Faulty Goods

Should any of the goods you receive from us be damaged when you receive them, please return them to us using the Returns procedure outlined above.

The item will require assessing by a member of our team before any further action can be taken.

Please Note:

Items purchased in-store cannot be returned or replaced by the Paul Costelloe Man website and should be returned to the location in which that item was purchased. Similarly, items purchased on the Paul Costelloe Man website cannot be returned or replaced in-store.
