We deliver to the UK and all EU member countries as follows:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden
All orders placed with Paul Costelloe Man are subject to stock availability and credit checks, and wherever possible will be despatched within 2 working days of an order being placed.
Orders will be delivered between 09:00 and 17:00 Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.
The cost of delivery is per order, not per item therefore a larger order will still cost the same as an order for a single item.

UK DELIVERY WHEN YOU SPEND £100 OR MORE
UK and Northern Ireland:
Standard Delivery £3.95 per order
Parcels are sent by Royal Mail UK standard delivery. These normally arrive within 2 to 3 working days from the date of despatch. A signature is not required upon receipt.
UK Next Day Delivery £6.95 per order
UK next day deliveries need to be placed before 12:00 (Monday to Friday) and are guaranteed to be delivered the next day by Royal Mail (Monday to Friday) before 17:00. These deliveries will require a signature on receipt.
European:
Europe Standard £6.95 per order
These normally arrive within 2 to 5 working days from the date of despatch. These deliveries will require a signature upon receipt.
Deliveries outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes that will be charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel along with any costs for customs clearance.

Returns
If you are not satisfied for any reason with your purchase from Paul Costelloe Man, or if you receive the wrong goods, you can return them to us within 14 days.
Paul Costelloe Man will refund the amount paid by you for any returned goods, or if agreed with you, provide replacement goods. This does not include the delivery cost, which is non-refundable unless we have sent you an incorrect or defective item.
A refund/exchange will only be provided upon receipt of the returned goods received in the same condition as they were sent and you will be liable for the payment of the postage charge in the event of the return of a non-faulty item(s).
All returns will normally be processed on the day of receipt. Refunds will be processed within 2 working days of receiving your returned item(s).
Where items are sent back for exchange, a replacement will normally be despatched the day after the exchange is processed.
